Canarywood Charcuterie Serving Boards

Canarywood, from Latin America, is a uniquely beautiful wood that parades a prism of natural colors from yellow to orange with streaks of red, purple and black. These boards are sanded to 220 grit, then are sprayed down with water to "raise the grain", then sanded to silky smoothness. They're also given a food safe mineral oil soak, a coat of Howards Butcher Block Conditioner application and then buffed to a beautiful finish.
