Sanded smooth as butter, it is finished with an extended- food safe mineral oil bath, a coat of Howards Butcher Block Conditioner overnight and buffed to a beautiful finish. Hand holds are cut in the lower bottom side, on both ends of the board and rubber feet have been applied to the bottom on all 4 corners. It will make a wonderful gift for the chef in the family, friends or clients. It will last a lifetime with proper care. Care and cleaning instruction will be included. *It is important to remember-Never submerge in water or place in dishwasher. It will ruin your board. Use a damp sponge, scrubbing pad or cloth to rinse off residue and dry thoroughly. After cleaning or if the board is feeling/looking dry, apply food safe mineral oil or Howards Butcher Block Conditioner.
